I further understand that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement has no time limitation and will remain in full force and effect as long as I train with Dallas Agility Working Group, regardless of the location of such training classes and regardless of what dog I am training. Therefore, in consideration of the privilege of training my dog with Dallas Agility Working Group, I do hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify the instructor, and/or the training Director, individually and as principal of of Dallas Agility Working School, and and all persons who might assist the instructor with their classes, and also the owners of any location where such training classes are offered, of and from any claim for damages and/or injuries I might sustain while participating in such training classes, and further release them from any liability or responsibility for any accident, damage, injury, or illness to me, to to any dog owned by me, or to any family member or spectator accompanying me on the training premises, wherever such training may be. I understand that the training premises as used in this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement shall include any location where such training classes are held, including but not limited to, the premises located at 1725 E Stone Road, Wylie, Tx. In consideration of the acceptance of me by the Dallas Agility Working Group (DAWG) a member of its training classes, I/We, the undersigned, hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Dawg and to be solely and severally responsible for any and all damages or injuries resulting from any act by myself or my dog. Further, I will not hold DAWG nor any of its members liable in any way for any damages) or injury(s) to my dog or myself. I understand that the instructor for any class has the right to refuse to instruct any dog and handler at his/her discretion. Dogs that are aggressive to either people or dogs or consistently out of control as determined by the instructor will be asked to leave and the class fees will not be refunded. A parent or guardian must be present with any child under the age of 14, although they can stay in the car.
